Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 3 years of payroll experience under Czech payroll legislation.

Be able to process payroll independently for clients.

Have experience with year-end payroll obligations, including annual tax reconciliations and statutory reporting.

Prefer managing one larger client rather than multiple smaller accounts.

Be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Communicate confidently in both Czech and English, verbally and in writing.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with the Helios Orange Inuvio payroll system is an advantage.
What Will You Do?

Take full responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing and related payroll administration for one of our key clients with approximately 750 employees. You will be supported by a junior payroll colleague, while payroll reviews will be performed by another senior team member. The client will be professionally handed over, and you will receive comprehensive training on all payroll processes.

Work with the Helios Inuvio payroll system and its integrated HR portal.

Communicate with Czech authorities and handle statutory payroll reporting, including Monthly Social Security Reports (JMHZ), Pension Insurance Records (ELDP), Annual Tax Reconciliation (RZD), and other annual payroll reports.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across our international offices.
