SENIOR CONSULTANT, MARKET ENTRY
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and regulatory advisory to multinational and foreign-invested clients in relation to their establishment, expansion, restructuring, and ongoing operations in Vietnam.
- Take ownership of assigned client engagements and independently manage workstreams from initial consultation through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Advise clients on investment and corporate matters, including company establishment, Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), Representative Office licenses, Business Licenses, and other relevant regulatory approvals.
- Identify legal and regulatory requirements applicable to clients’ business activities, conduct legal research, and provide practical, commercially focused recommendations and solutions.
- Review, draft, and coordinate legal and corporate documents, applications, submissions, notices, and other relevant documentation in accordance with applicable laws and client requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and liaise with relevant third parties, including government authorities, law firms, translation agencies, property management companies, and other service providers, to facilitate the execution of client matters.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing engagements, proactively identify potential issues or delays, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Review work prepared by Consultants and provide guidance, coaching, and quality control to junior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements and alignment across different workstreams.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding clients’ needs, providing value-added advice, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Keep abreast of changes in Vietnamese laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates and practical implications to clients and team members.
- Support the Manager/Head of Team in managing complex engagements, key client relationships, and ad hoc projects.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law / Business Administration / Commercial;
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in legal, licensing, market entry, investment, or corporate advisory services.

Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws;

Good English in 4 skills;

Experience in a consulting firm is a plus;

Be a communicator and able to thrive in an MNC environment;

Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.
