We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Macau and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• - Execute BVI ES filings (single, batch, corrections)
• - Handle client ES inquiries and provide guidance
• - Liaise with BVI team and ITA
• - Manage ITA info requests and notify clients
• - Prepare and send ES invoices

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of ALF/ES/ ROM/RBO/AR rules and GI operational processes.
• High attention to detail with large, complex data sets.
• Knowledge of BVI ES rules, accuracy, communication skills, system troubleshooting, proactive follow-up.
• Steady under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and high-volume deliverables.
• Participate in system UATs (GEP, MyFormations, AR modules) and support issue testing and process improvements.
