We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Client Acceptance. Reporting to the Manager, Client Acceptance, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Client Acceptance and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks for New Onboarding, Periodic Reviews and PI entities on completed cases and WIP cases
• Perform quality check on communication between CA/OM and RM/Client
• Provide training for new joiners and perform checking on their cases to ensure they meet BAU standards
• Provide refresh training for existing colleagues
• Hold QC sharing sessions on deficiencies found in quality checks
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 5 years of working experience in AML/KYC/CDD preferred
• Maintains high standards in work and has a keen eye for identifying process potential issues
• High degree of professional integrity. Independent, self-motivated and pro-active
• A team player with excellent communication skills. Meticulous attention to details
