We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager, Fiduciary & Corporate Services, based in our Vistra, Mumbai office. This full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to Private Wealth & Corporate Team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • This role sits within the UK Private Wealth & Corporate team and is based in the Mumbai Global Delivery Hub. It will operate as an integrated extension of the UK team, supporting service delivery, knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Support the Manager and the wider team with the administration of a portfolio of UK and international clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, UK-based stakeholders, and internal teams,
  • Manage day-to-day client communications professionally and proactively, ensuring client requests, queries, deadlines, progress updates, and associated costs are handled efficiently and transparently.
  • Liaise confidently with senior management, directors, and other key stakeholders regarding client operations and matters relating to entities for which corporate administration, directorship, or trustee services are provided.
  • Support the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing administration, periodic reviews, and client exits, ensuring all Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are met in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation, proactively monitoring outstanding CDD requirements and escalating any concerns relating to potential financial crime, regulatory breaches, or risk matters to the appropriate Compliance teams.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK team,  the GDH,  Compliance, Finance, and Operational teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across all workstreams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental systems, procedures, and service delivery processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Support the achievement of team financial objectives by developing a strong understanding of revenue streams, fee structures, recoverability, and project economics.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate billing of client engagements, ensuring invoices are raised promptly, debtors are proactively managed.
  • Help with identifying, promoting and developing commercial opportunities wherever possible, keeping clients informed of legislative, regulatory, and market developments, as well as relevant service offerings.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that supports knowledge sharing and continuous development.
  • Actively participate in strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and ad hoc assignments, supporting the wider objectives of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in an administrative role with a strong understanding of cross-border dynamics affecting clients operating across several jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to understand the needs of the client and match those needs to the provision of an exceptional service
  • Natural aptitude for high level analysis and critical approach to all client matters as well as a proactive, problem solving mind set.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience of working independently, with the ability to maintain self-motivation and be consistently pro-active.
  • Concern for accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Experience in working with external service providers, professional and third parties from different countries.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

 

Education/Professional Qualifications:

•           Educated to degree level and/or a substantial work experience in client relations
