We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Operational Relationship Management based in our Vistra Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Head of Fund Solutions, Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

Client Relationships

  • Act as the go-to contact for clients for escalation and complex enquiries requiring coordination with various operational teams.

  • Manage communication with relevant client stakeholders and drive engagement to build relationships.

  • Facilitating delivery of a quality service for all clients assigned and responding promptly and proactively to client queries, keeping other members of the client handling team advised of progress.

  • Understanding of the product and services, as well as the internal systems and processes

  • Ensuring an efficient turnaround time for all enquiries.

  • Lead and conduct regular service reviews to assess client satisfaction and sentiments.

  • Develop and manage client retention and/or growth strategies to ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) from clients is met.

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with other departments and jurisdictions to create a smooth servicing experience for clients.

  • Problem solver who can collaborate with different functions and teams to solve client issues and escalations.

  • Maintain professional relationships with internal collaborators, including local market colleagues, regional, and global teams.

  • Keep up to date with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements within Singapore and other jurisdictions.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and able to recognise and respond to risk situations.

  • Able to solve problems, work independently as well as in a team.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

  • Good presentation skills

  • Self-starter with excellent planning & organizational skills

  • Background in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund operations preferred.
