We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our regional HR team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you'll partner with business leaders across Poland, Central & Eastern Europe and the UAE, supporting them through organizational change, complex employee relations and strategic people initiatives.
You'll join us at an exciting time as we continue to strengthen our regional HR organization and support business transformation across multiple markets.
Your role
You'll partner with leaders and employees across Poland, CEE and the UAE, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on business partnering.
You'll:
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and act as their HR advisor.
- Lead and support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with managers on complex employee relations matters.
- Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Coach leaders in performance management and employee engagement.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design.
- Use HR data and insights to recommend business-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver regional and global HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour law and company policies.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and is confident partnering with senior stakeholders.
You'll have:
- 4–5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong experience in employee relations, change management and business partnering.
- Solid knowledge of Polish labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management and leadership development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in an international organization (professional or financial services experience is an advantage).
- Fluent Polish and English.
