We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Implementation Integrations Consultant. Reporting to the Senior Manager Integrations, this full-time, permanent position is based in Hungary, Romania or Poland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our global payroll business and its growth. 

 
Role Overview 


The Integration team works closely with the implementation and PMO teams to configure and deliver international payroll implementations for our global client base. This role also involves collaborating with teams across iiPay to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and that all stakeholders are aligned to enable accurate and timely delivery.


The Integration Consultant will focus on delivering the system integrations required by clients and 3rd party vendors.

 

The role will also involve documenting and presenting integration processes to the wider business, ensuring that all areas of Vistra iiPay are aligned and equipped to deliver integrations that keep us at the forefront of the global payroll market.

 


Key objectives of the role 

 


Project & Integration Delivery

 

  • Work with internal project teams, clients, and local in country payroll partners to define and deliver clear Scopes of Work for system integrations.
  • Configure and deliver payroll integrations as part of new implementations and existing client upsell activity.
  • Define, agree, and configure all system interfaces in line with agreed scope documentation.
  • Establish and support parallel payroll processes as required during implementation.

 

Client & Stakeholder Management

 

  • Support internal and external project review calls, coordinating the integration workstream.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non technical stakeholders through workshops, calls, and clear documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with international clients, gaining trust and ensuring expectations are met.

 

Payroll & Integration Design

 

  • Define and establish agreed payroll integration processes for each client.
  • Produce detailed integration specifications, including field mapping and process designs.
  • Apply in depth knowledge of financial and HR systems that require data configuration with the Vistra iiPay platform.

 

Documentation, Training & Go Live Support

 

  • Document integration processes clearly and accurately to support consistent delivery.
  • Train internal teams on integration processes using agreed training materials.
  • Support go live activities by assisting with the creation of handover documentation for Operations teams.
  • Work with clients to complete testing, sign off, and final documentation approval.

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

Essential

 

  • Experience delivering integrations between HR, payroll, finance, banking, and pension systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and associated systems.
  • Experience producing detailed system integration specifications and data mappings.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated service delivery environment (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time with high customer satisfaction.

 

Desirable

 

  • Functional knowledge of Workday modules and PECI integrations.
  • Functional knowledge of HiBob and its integrations.
  • General understanding of JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
  • General understanding of technical integrations such as APIs.
  • Experience working with international clients, including FTSE and Fortune 500 organisations.
