CONSULTANT, MARKET ENTRY

• Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advisory to multinational clients seeking to establish or expand their presence in Vietnam;
• Support issues related to company/ representative office’s licenses;
• Drafting related documents, and working with 3rd parties (such as legal firms, translation or property management companies);
• Search for legal regulations related to clients' activities;
• Other assignments as required.

• Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law / Business Administration / Commercial;
• 1-2 years in Legal / Licensing fields;
• Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws;
• Good English in 4 skills;
• Experience in a consulting firm is a plus;
• Be a communicator and able to thrive in an MNC environment;
• Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.
