We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as UI/UX Designer. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this full-time and permanent position is based in, Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our platform. Your focus will include user research, prototyping, and design iteration to ensure an exceptional user experience that aligns with business goals.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Marketing—to understand user needs and business objectives, transforming them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma), iterating based on feedback and testing results.
  • Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, or component libraries to ensure consistency across products and features.
  • Translate complex user flows and requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces tailored to B2B contexts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and support the implementation process, addressing any design-related questions.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyse feedback, continuously iterating on design solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging trends, and industry tools, recommending new ideas and improvements to the product team.

 

Key requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to B2B technology products or solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into visual concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, incorporating user feedback iteratively.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with design systems and style guides, ensuring consistent and scalable UI components.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
