Our opportunity for you:

 

Vistra is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator, CSS responsible for contributing to the successful operation of the Client Support Services (CSS) team.

 

Purpose of the role:

Provide administrative services to support the Frontline with delivery of excellent client service.

 

Scope:

Responsible for contributing to the successful operation of the Client Support Services (CSS) team.

 

Key responsibilities:

Day to Day Activities

  • Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards.
  • Champion data quality by standardising system inputs whilst also sharing best practice across the business.
  • Provide support to other team members with more complex activities.

Activity Management

  • Executing requests within agreed timescales.
  • Prioritising own workload to ensure all activities are completed with agreed service levels.
  • Anticipate potential Service Level Agreement (SLA) issues, identifying and implementing solutions or promptly escalating to the necessary business stakeholder(s).
  • Deputise for CSS assistant manager when required, monitoring and reporting CSS team workload and outputs.

Compliance

  • Comply with all Vistra Group policies relevant to role.
  • Comply with local regulatory and AML / CFT requirements.
  • Report suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) or equivalent duly designated person.
  • Support internal audit/compliance to improve and maintain a strong controlled environment.

Other

  • Identify opportunities to change and improve both CSS and Vistra.
  • Contribute to projects initiatives, system changes or process enhancements that impact the Operations Function.

 

Attributes & Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to see and implement changes to improve service delivery for clients and improve profitability from the services provided.
  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude with appetite and passion to learn
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
  • To live and breathe Vistra Values.
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Good knowledge of systems and software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint, Bank Clarity etc.

Relevant experience:                                                                                                                      

  • Good understanding and application of Trust and Company Administration
  • Experience with bank account opening.
  • Capable of communicating messages professionally with both immediate and wider stakeholders.
  • Capable of identifying issues, proposing viable solutions, and implementing proposals.
  • Able to manage own workload with a proven track record of meeting performance objectives.

 

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Ideally 5 years relevant experience working in Private and Corporate Wealth.
  • Ideally to hold or working towards a JFSC Table 5 qualification.
