Strategic Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Strategic Account Manager, based in our Tricor Shanghai, China. Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, this fixed term position is based in China and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Strategic Accounts that span across multiple countries, as measured by revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the principal contact point in the development and servicing of the strategic account.
- Develop account plans for all Strategic Accounts assigned
- Build relationships within the Strategic Account’s organisation at all levels including C-suite executives, decision makers and end users
- Asses the need of various Strategic Account stakeholders and collaborate with Tricor service delivery and solutioning teams to bring the best of Tricor to the Strategic Account
- Lead price negotiations to maintain desired level of Account profitability
- Active use of CRM to track client interactions, engagements and opportunities
Key requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and other Asian language will be an advantage
- Previous experience at Big 4 / professional services firms will be an advantage
- Accounting and Finance / Payroll Services / Corporate Secretarial / Fund Administration experience is preferred
- B2B sales experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 8+ years relevant experience
