We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Tax Manager. Reporting to the Director of Tax, this full-time and permanent position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Tax team and its’ growth. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Independently coordinate and managing a portfolio of local and international tax compliance projects.
  • Compilation and review of tax filings – (corporate) income tax. 
  • Acting as first point of contact for Tax Authorities, clients, tax advisors and other stakeholders. 
  • Recognizes opportunities for advice and expansion of service delivery including cross selling to other areas of expertise.

 

Key requirements 

  • Practical and specialized knowledge in corporate income tax for local and international operating clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Analytical and client orientated skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Dutch and English.
  • Quality and result driven mentality with an open mind set for others.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax compliance role – mainly corporate income tax – at a large tax advisory firm;
  • Experienced in and comfortable with operating in a local and international environment;
  • At least HBO/University of Applied Sciences Bachelor fiscal degree;
