We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate/ Senior Associate – Sourcing Specialist ( 6 Months contract ), based in our Vistra, Mumbai, India. Reporting to the Assistant Manager/ Manager, this full-time and Contractual  position is based in Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and networking and other tools.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate sourcing reports and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activity, and sourcing best practices.
• Managing and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of live roles
• Screen candidates through primary interviews.
• Engaging candidates, building rapport and assessing suitability for live and pipelining vacancies
• Shortlisting and presenting those candidates who are the best possible fit for the role
• Work in conjunction with the onshore recruitment team to ensure fulfilment of all roles
• Ensure all roles are sourced in an effective and efficient manner appropriate to the role

Key requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with bulk hiring, Volume hiring, Hiring on niche profile will be needed.
• Prior experience on global fund accounting, accounts & finance role is preferred
• Positive, flexible personality, easy to adapt to changes, willing to undertake new tasks, and overall contribute to the legal team.
• Strong team player
• Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• For associate 2-5 Years of experience recruitment is preferable
• For Senior Associate 3-7 Years of experience in recruitment is preferable
