We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Software Engineer, based in our Tricor Orisoft Technology Sdn. Bhd. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office. Reporting to the Product Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Product & Technology department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• To ensure timely release of assigned product/project deliverables and of high-quality
• To analyze user’s and product’s needs; formulate technical specifications and design
• To work closely with the software developers to ensure compliance with software development frameworks, methodologies and best practices
• To mentor developers/ software engineers to help them understand concepts of re-usability and other design principles
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the product’s innovation, stability and quality
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the software development processes, procedures and frameworks
• To constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals, help files and other sources of knowledge
• To assume any other responsibilities or activities as assigned or delegated by the management

Key requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or equivalents
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning, very adaptive and highly motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Oracle and/or MSSQL
• Knowledge in PowerBuilder would be an added advantage
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge and experience in MVC.Net Development with ASP.NET Web
• Forms, JQuery,  CSS 3.0 and MSSQL.
• Experienced in Webpage Development (Front End and Back End).
• Experience in ASP.Net MVC with Razor view engine will be an added
• advantage.
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience.
