Our opportunity for you: 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Senior Tax Regulatory Officer. You will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day of all the specific Regulatory requirements of the clients such as FATCA-CRS (Automatic Exchange of information), UBO register, Mandatory Disclosure Rules/DAC 6, Country-by-country notification, etc., including preparing correspondence and other communication with clients, third parties and Vistra’s teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist on standard matters related with all the Tax Regulatory Services.
• Assist the client servicing units/teams with Regulatory matters in their everyday work
• Promote effective/efficient professional communication
• Maintain a good understanding of tax regulatory requirements and legal documents
• Take part in development of the team members by efficient coaching and helping to prepare relevant trainings
• Assist with complex technical matters reported by team members
• Be responsible for the client follow up
• Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality
• Support the team’s management in the day-to-day operation
• Seek for the development of the department in line with the objectives
• Seek for a high quality of services and communication

• Get acquainted with client needs when performing Regulatory analysis and develop technical research capabilities

• Work closely and effectively with the client servicing units/teams and support departments
• Understand all the necessary to have Vistra Group and clients perform according to relevant Compliance rules
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Keep himself well informed on professional and organizational developments and news

 Relevant experience: 

• Minimm 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg tax Regulatory
• Fluent in English and French or German
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive with a client service orientated attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
