We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Marketing Officer. Reporting to the Head of Region, this full-time and permanent position and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Marketing Department and its’ growth.

 

Purpose of the role: 
 

  • Localise multi-channel and ‘digital first’ campaigns that raise our Funds BU profile within the region. Identifying specific audiences within the alternative funds space and thinking about the end to end buyer journey
  • Demonstrate an ROI mindset on marketing initiatives, targeting specific metrics  such as an improved brand awareness of Vistra / increased lead generation / NRR or improvements to the conversion of opportunities.
  • Utilise storytelling skills and creative intelligence that delivers differentiation in a content-rich multi-channel environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise our marketing platforms and their 1st party data to drive marketing decisions.  
  • Craft and deliver marketing strategies for our selected BU’s, considering all aspects of the buyer journey and its channels.
  • Drive synergies across geographical regions and service lines to enhance the client experience, strengthen client relationships and facilitate sales
  • Work with the commercial and account teams to embed our campaigns materials and sales assets into their everyday lives. Ensuring we have an effective feedback loop
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost campaign and brand awareness
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual dashboards to monitor commercial performance

 

Atrtibutes/ Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and CRM software
  • Expert user of Microsoft packages

 

Key requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years + experience in B2B marketing (Financial Services/Telco/Consultancy/Professional Services)
  • Owned and managed campaigns, content and buyer journey experiences
  • Highly capably in the use of lead management, data and digital engagement tactics and techniques
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
  • Travel required on a regular basis to Luxembourg if you are located in France.
