We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager. Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Handle portfolio independently including meeting with clients, providing advice and identifying advisory opportunities
  • Acting as named secretary of client cases (if necessary), taking the lead in organizing and facilitating meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings as well as preparing and reviewing related papers/minutes, circulars, announcements and statutory forms as well as related materials in accordance with the rule requirements and client needs
  • Stay updated with the latest rule requirements and governance practices
  • Assist Directors in advisory product development and translating the new rule requirements into actionable advice for clients
  • Lead a team to provide consistent professional company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients including listed/ private  companies
  • Responsible to ensure there is a continuous improvement in the work process effectiveness and efficiency to meet/ exceed the client expectation
  • Assist Directors to perform management duties and handle administrative matters
  • Lead a team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department
  • Supervise and coach staff closely to ensure the quality of services delivered up to company standard
  • To build and maintain a professional long-term relationship with internal & external clients
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
  • Member of HKICS/ICSA
  • 10-year company secretarial experience; preferably with sizeable professional firms or listed companies experience
  • Solid knowledge and well-versed in Hong Kong listing rules and other relevant regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies
  • Knowledge in ViewPoint 7.4 is preferred
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in supervising and coaching team members
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin
