We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Manager, Private Client. Reporting to Executive Director, Head of Private Client, Singapore. This full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver a full suite of trust administration and corporate services to clients
  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of complex structure and ongoing client relationship, with a view to identifying new opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Serve as a “B” signatory for the trust company
  • Involve in new business onboarding including review from SoWF (Source of Wealth and Funds) and fiduciary perspective.
  • Efficiently and effectively lead and manage initiatives and projects
  • Conduct regular review and analysis of business performance
  • Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards
  • Attend Vistra Group Marketing events and other social events as appropriate
  • Manage ad hoc projects

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Possess at least 8 years of trust experience or applicable trust administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as STEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner), Chartered Secretary or compliance-related qualifications (CAMS, ICA, etc.) are mandatory
  • Experienced in client relationship management in Private Client industry
  • Develop and maintain adequate product knowledge to deliver full suite of trust and corporate services to clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of the trust and corporate structures
  • Strong work ethic; professional, approachable, results oriented, decisive
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Ability to write and speak in Mandarin would be an advantage due to frequent interactions with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Inquisitive, self-motivated and able to inspire others to a high level of achievement
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime
