We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, Global Incorporations.
This is a strategic leadership role within the Global Incorporations (GI) service area, responsible for driving the modernization and automation of processes related to forming and maintaining legal entities in offshore jurisdictions. The primary objective is to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable cost and time savings. This role serves as a bridge between GI clients and users and the technical teams, and is instrumental in transforming the way GI operates, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and operational excellence.

Success in this position requires a deep commitment to understanding legacy processes and fostering an environment where team members feel supported as they adapt to new technologies and ways of working. Key responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive process analysis and mapping for all activities involved in forming and maintaining legal entities in offshore jurisdictions.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and streamlining of manual processes to reduce turnaround times and operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including IT, compliance, legal, and business units-to design, test, and implement automated workflows and digital solutions.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed process improvements and technology investments.
- Oversee project management for transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting offshore incorporations and legal entity management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, change management, and process excellence within the Global Incorporations team.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or automation roles, ideally within legal, financial, or professional services.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end process optimization projects and implementing digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with automation technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, workflow automation tools) and digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment
- Business proficiency to communicate in English verbally and in writing
