We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager, Operational Relationship Management. Reporting to the Associate Director, Relationship Management, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Developing close professional relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long term, profitable relationships, being attentive to client needs and concerns and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Cultivating professional relationships with professional advisers and service providers to enable the possibility of further referrals of business
  • Managing  the onboarding process of new clients liaising with business development, compliance, legal and client services  to ensure smooth and successful client intake
  • Facilitating delivery of a quality service for all clients assigned and responding promptly and proactively to client queries, keeping other members of the client handling team advised of progress
  • Understanding of the product and services as well as the internal systems and processes
  • Ensuring an efficient turnaround time for all enquiries
  • Attending meetings with clients

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Degree in Economics/Law/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and able to recognise and respond to risk situations
  • Able to solve problems, work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable in dealing with clients
  • Good presentation and client oriented. Good networking contacts and abilities
  • Self-starter with excellent planning & organizational skills
