We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager, Global Incorporations, Client Solutions. Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions, Global Incorporations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations Services and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize client services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Foster and maintain high-level relationships with premium clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions including provision of full spectrum corporate services for both onshore and offshore entities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client solutions professionals, overseeing daily operation and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Support on training for colleagues and subordinates particularly on work process, updated legislations/regulations and corporate services know how
  • Work in the cross functional projects to identify opportunities for process improvement in client service delivery and implement the best practices.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance and GSC to ensure seamless and cohesive service offering.
  • Liaison with oversea offices to observe and maintain efficient statutory filing services for clients
  • Analyze performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring client needs are prioritized and addressed.
  • Monitoring changes in offshore legislation and regulations; ensure all client interactions and services comply with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Support management on ad hoc assignments

Key requirements

 

  • 8 - 10 years of relevant client management or a related role, with a focus on the incorporation or legal services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field
  • Proven leadership and team management experience at a senior level
  • Exceptional communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and managing change
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Viewpoint system
