We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Consultant, Recruitment. Reporting to the Director of TSS, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle (360) recruitment, including sourcing, screening, managing candidate expectations, and presenting suitable candidates throughout the hiring process
• Responsible for managing existing clients and providing timely recruitment support and professional HR solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed performance targets to grow and expand the client portfolio
• Leverage knowledge of the APAC market to support hiring needs
• Demonstrate a strong track record in revenue generation
• Participate in company events, networking, and community initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably a member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably agency environment
• Familiarity with HR practices and the Employment Ordinance is an advantage
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in becoming a market specialist
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Sales-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential
