Key responsibilities:

• Assist IPO team in project execution work including IPO and corporate action projects
• Conduct research of market data and potential business opportunities
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Mainly focus on IPO Execution duties such as ensuring the correctness and timeliness of IPO documents deliverables requested by IPO clients, conducting readiness assessment, defining workstreams, and status tracking with stakeholders
• Execute and assist in the coordination of the entire process of each transaction and interact with all professional parties including but not limited to bankers, lawyers and regulators
• Assist on IPO new products development, system enhance and UAT projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related fields
• At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in share registry, finance, financial services 
• Strong analytical client services and project execution skills;
• Knowledge of the Listing Rules, IPO processes, securities markets and settlement logistics will be in advantage. 
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin is essential
• Well versed in MS Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
