We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Payroll Services. This position is based in Indonesia and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our growing payroll operations and client service excellence
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage payroll transactions in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Collect, verify, and input payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave balances.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for internal and client use.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client payroll data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless payroll delivery.
- Continuously seek process improvements and stay updated on payroll best practices

- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle and analyze payroll data
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Reliable, accurate, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll consulting
- Preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Education and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation from a reputable university is preferred.
- Having Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Additional training or certification in payroll, accounting, or HRIS systems is an advantage
