Senior Associate, Payroll Services

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Payroll Services. Reporting to the Manager, Payroll Services, this is a full-time and permanent position based in Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be processing payroll for clients from start to finish using KeyPay payroll software.
- Managing the preparation and lodgement of Payroll Tax, workers’ compensation enrolment and renewal and Superannuation.
- Together with the team, you will be processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments.
- Responsible for the maintenance of payroll system data.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and queries.
- Complying with relevant awards and legislation.
Key Requirements :
- A diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance.
- Over 3 years payroll experience.
- Experience in processing payroll using KeyPay, Employment Hero or QuickBooks software.
- High attention to detail and demonstrate good client service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate effectively with non-payroll background stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn new skills and knowledge with the team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Our hybrid arrangement is WFH 3 days per week.
