We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Employer Solutions, reporting to the Manager, Employer Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Support on day-to-day payroll operation from monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, MPF/ORSO administration, issuance of pay slip to payroll system maintenance.
  • Prepare payment instruction (cheque issuance/bank transfer) for payroll and MPF contribution.
  • Prepare payroll reports and MPF remittance statements.
  • Handle various employer’s returns.
  • Arrange enrolment/termination of employee’s compensation and medical/dental insurances for new hires/leavers of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF and tax
  • Assist in employment visa applications for clients.
  • Provide logistics support on payroll administration duties as assigned such as pay-slip arrangement, ensure all clients’ records are properly maintained, prepare fee note etc.
  • Assist the team to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department.
  • To build and maintain a professional long-term relationship with internal & external clients.
  • Prepare various reports to fulfil clients’ business objective.
  • Participate in the startup for new payroll clients.
  • Satisfy any other specific requirements of clients.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Immediate Supervisor/ Seniors

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies or Human Resources Management
  • Relevant experience with professional firm is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations is preferred.
  • Proficient in various HRIS system is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
  • Must be meticulous, diligent, attentive to details.
  • Able to work and achieve within tight timeline.
  • Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin.
