We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate/Senior Associate, ESG Services. Reporting to the ESG Team Lead, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our ESG Services and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as a team member to provide assistance and support on the preparation and production of ESG reports
- Support the proposal, execution and delivery of ESG/sustainability projects
- Monitor market trends, conduct research on ESG and climate-related issues
- Participate in research and product development through building know-how, research and analysis, benchmarking, market intelligence, etc.
- Maintain good relationship with clients
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in any discipline, preferably with knowledge in environment science, environment policy, sustainable development, etc.
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in ESG service, preferably experience with ESG reporting
- Experience with ESG/sustainability trends, standards and guidelines such as HKEX ESG Reporting Code, Mainland China’s ESG disclosure standards and guidelines, etc.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Certification in the CFA Sustainable Investing, CESGA ESG is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Well versed in MS applications
- Candidates will be considered for a position commensurate with experience
