We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Corporate Services (Onshore). Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services (Global Entity Management), this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a portfolio of overseas “onshore” companies (to include Asia, Europe and the Americas)
- Liaise and coordinate with Vistra’s overseas offices to handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters, including: incorporation, routine corporate compliance, statutory filings and ad hoc corporate secretarial matters
- Provide corporate governance consultancy to clients
- Act as the central point of liaison for clients
- Maintain and manage client and referrer relationships
- Reporting to Director for Corporate Services; some interface with other senior management
- Coordinating compliance and client acceptance
- Issuing fees and handling invoicing/ payment tasks
- Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned
Key requirements:
- Degree / professional qualifications in Business, Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years corporate secretarial experience
- Well versed in company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Independent, organized and self-motivated
- Be a key player in contributing to the team’s success
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong client oriented mind-set
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exposure to handling overseas companies preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
