We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Assistant Relationship Management, Company Formation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Relationship Management, Company Formation. This full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Company Formation and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • To work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure that all internal sales delivery processes are handled in an efficient and effective manner
  • To handle and support the sales delivery process regarding orders for companies incorporated in different offshore jurisdictions, involving email/telephone contact with clients, and the issuance of job quotations to clients
  • To work as a central co-ordinator between Relationship Management, internal operations (Formations/Technical Services/Technical Advisory/Client Acceptance), and as necessary, other Vistra offices
  • To assist in completion of New Incorporation forms, before returning for review and/or sign-off by clients
  • To handle collection from clients of KYC forms, due diligence documents, and attend to the necessary commercial checks and internal system reviews, prior to passing to Client Acceptance team
  • To handle client’s initial stage enquiries for technical services as may be required for their offshore company(ies)
  • To handle incoming payment/cheques (COD) and update cheque lists for Finance
  • To deal with relevant system updates eg change of administrator/change of client contact details
  • To handle any ad hoc duties, as assigned from time to time

 

Key requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • At least 4 years of customer service/account servicing experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Polite and helpful, with positive attitude towards client-servicing
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure. Also, able to form an effective part of a larger Vistra team
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to take-on challenges
  • Knowledge of company incorporations processes, would be an advantage
  • Good Command of Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and oral fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Fluency in Cantonese is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of ViewPoint/ SAP would be an advantage
