We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Accounting Services. Reporting to the Manager, Accounting Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting Services and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- 按照预算目标，定期完成预算业绩，并定期做好业绩进度分析摸排；
- 根据客户所提供资料准确，高效完成薄记，及时反馈客户盈利情况，并征求客户意见；
- 协助客户经理与客户通过多元化沟通方式（包括但不限于电话、企业微信、邮件、面谈等），解决客户薄记问题；
- 协助回复税务局信件的拟定、复核，包含但不限于离岸豁免信件；
- 根据审计复核标准，及时、准确完成审计报告复核；
- 遵循公司既定的业务流程及订单管理，及时于CRM相关流程节点上传经确认的总账、审计初稿等文件；
- 及时、高效的完成上级领导交办的其它工作事项。
Key requirements:
- 全日制大专及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、电子商务、财会等相关专业优先；
- 拥有初级会计职称或相关证书， 具备一定公司财税服务等相关基础业务知识；
- 两年以上财税类工作经验，专业咨询行业从业经验尤佳；
- 熟练操作MS Office等办公软件，英语可作为工作语言；
- 具备强烈的服务意识、出色的团队协作与细节执行力，拥有高度的责任心与自驱学习能力。
