Senior Associate, Accounting Services

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Accounting Services. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Accounting Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting Services and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries independently in relation to accounting and tax issues via telephone, email.
- Provide timely and accuracy professional accounting and tax services to client for companies in China.
- Arrange filing in accordance to client's request.
- Preparation of the financial statements and tax return/computation.
- Update accurate client information for clients, administration and for management information purposes.
- Handle clients' enquiries and assist in invoice issues, payments, reimbursement reviews, inventory list entries, etc
Key requirements:
- College or above academic qualifications with accounting profession.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ accounting work experiences gained from professional services firm is preferred.
- Proficient in PRC GAAP and local tax regulations
- Property management project, cross-border transaction accounting, year-end closing and audit coordination. IFRS familiarity is a plus.
- Skilled in preparing, reviewing and filing financial statements and regulatory reports for China-based clients, with a track record of managing complex compliance cases.
- Advanced user of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee) and MS Office (Excel pivot tables, data analysis, macros). Payroll system experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and verbal Mandarin & English, with strong skills in financial report drafting and stakeholder communication.
- Able to prioritize multi-tasking under tight deadlines (e.g., year-end/ Spring Festival projects) and support workflow optimization to ensure on-time delivery.
