We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior 1-Client Services. Reporting to the Executive Director - Head of Operations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mauritius and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact and its’ growth.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure that trade orders, settlement, subscription, redemption documents, capital calls and distributions notices are accurate.
Accurate processing and supervision / validation and reconciliation of investors’ dealing instructions and payments.
Monitor the Subscription and Redemption processes and ensure that trades are correctly reported to investors.
Periodic Investor Reporting (OE and CE Funds).
Maintenance of share registers and investor contacts on different investor platforms.
Provide support to different teams on intricate issues regarding Customer Due Diligence on new investors, transfer of Shares, subscription and redemption process.
Ensure accuracy of all reporting carried out by the Investor Services Team.
Ensure all reporting, both internal and client deadlines, are adhered to.
Ensure that work delivered for clients is compliant with Vistra compliance manuals, the local regulatory framework and ISAE 3402 – SSAE18 Standards.
Following the business processes as defined and help improving such processes on an ongoing basis.
Organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
Flag and escalate client issues in a timely manner.
Self-review of work prior to handing over internally or to clients.
Communicate with clients and investors on a day to day basis concerning ongoing work.
Review investors details required for FATCA/CRS and ensure that they are complete and reporting is completed in line with revenue requirements and as per agreed deadline.
Ensure necessary approvals are obtained as per Compliance Internal procedures for Omnibus accounts, PEPs and REPs

Company, product and market knowledge
Basic accounting knowledge
At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field
Degree holder or fully qualified ACCA or ICSA
