We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Excellence Analyst Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in New York and offers global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Funds team and it’s growth. .
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to support the sales operations and enablement activities of the Sales Excellence function of Vistra Fund Services (VFS). The Sales Excellence Function is responsible for oversight and management of the sales infrastructure essential to commercial productivity.
Scope
The role sits centrally in the Group Sales Excellence function and supports global outputs for the VFS commercial organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Power user of Vistra’s instance of salesforce – “VForce”
- Support pipeline management and pipeline reporting requirements
- Support the delivery and administration of the global Sales Incentive Plan
- Support the delivery and administration of the group Sales Academy program including onboarding and induction of new sales starters
- Contribute to the development of the role by generating ideas and implementing best practice
- Coordinate across the regional sales teams on various group initiatives

Relevant Experience
- At least 3-4 years relevant work experience in a sales/similar position.
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong in Salesforce
