We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Reporting Manager. This full-time and permanent position is based in Poland (Warsaw) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting Department and its’ growth.

 

Job responsibilities:

  •  Group Reporting Pack for Vistra Corporate
  • Revenue related topics
  • Indirect Staff Splits
  • Cost reporting splits for Group Requirements
  • Group Staff Recharges
  • Variances analysis
  • Support/Coverage for  the chief accountant on certain local topics (FS, Audit, CIT, VAT, NBP etc.; fixed assets)
  • Direct line manager for some team members
  • Assistance in SAP implementation project
  • Support in the budgeting process
  • Adhoc Projects

 

Our ideal Candidate has:

  • Experience in management and financial reporting (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, KPIs, monthly closing, variance analysis)
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • ERP systesm: SAP & Exact
  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas,pivot tables, power query, data modelling), basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong English
  • Good knowledge of local tax/ statutory requirements (accounting act, polish and international accounting stadards, CIT/VAT, transfer pricing regulations;
  • Ability to consolidate data/ information regarding different entities, from many sources
  • Willing to get into detail/ hands dirty
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
