Our opportunity for you: 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Relationship Manager and your responsibilities include:

 

Account Management:

  • Generates revenue from building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with clients
  • Owns the Service Level Agreements with clients
  • Formulate solutions that meet client expectations
  • Retain assigned accounts
  • Identify cross-selling business or additional sales opportunities up-sell VISTRA´s services
  • Support the coordination of client relationship management for multijurisdictional client accounts with other VISTRA offices
  • Understands competitor activities and industry trends

 

Client Service Delivery:

  • Build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with assigned accounts
  • Provides day-to-day client advice and support and act as escalation point
  • Close coordination with Sector heads (DCS) to relay client feedback, track deliverables.
  • Liaises with other functions (Operations, other Vistra offices, internal and local service providers) to deliver services to assigned accounts
  • Take-up directorship/mandates in client companies where required – ensure that these companies are compliant with all requirements under Luxembourg Law
  • Contribute to projects with a direct impact on clients or sectors covered
  • Monitor client satisfaction on a regular basis

 

Relevant experience: 

  • Prior experience of client management, including strategic relationships and with C-suite interaction
  • Broad knowledge of financial markets and industry, or a restless curiosity to deepen understanding
  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or a proven track-record in the key accounts area
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a professional services firm
