Relationship Manager Private Equity

Would you like to deploy your legal expertise in a young, energetic, fast paced family? Vistra Netherlands is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Private Equity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Be a linking pin between legal- and accounting services, onboarding and clients within the portfolio to optimize alignment and collaboration;
• Build, maintain and develop relationships with prospects and existing (inter)national clients;
• Be first point of contact for clients and providing them with advice;
• Attend meetings with clients and intermediaries (tax lawyers, notary offices, etc.);
• Follow and conduct analysis regarding relevant developments / trends in related markets to identify product/service improvement opportunities and (new) commercial market opportunities;
• Achieve the defined sales targets;
• Manage bidding process;
• Be responsible for lead generation plans.

Key Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English, preferably the fluency of Dutch language;
• Proven successful track record in developing and maintaining a professional network;
• Accurate and independent;
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience (mid-level/senior) in an organization active in notary corporate or financial law, fund administration, private equity, real estate or the trust sector;
• Experience within real estate and / or private equity managers and funds, financial services or the trust industry is an advantage;
• Completed Bachelor and/or Master of Law (Dutch law with emphasis on company law or notary law) or Master in Finance.
