We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Recruitment Consultant. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Human Resources Outsourcing services and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing existing clients to offer instant support on recruitment and provide professional HR solution
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to interview scheduling, resume formatting, database maintenance, e-filing, etc
• Maintain a good working relationship with client
• Manage and deliver full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activates and on/off boarding
• Manage existing outsource staffs and handle general HR inquiry 
• Assist in develop cost projection in Excel format to evaluate the business profits and risk

Key requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• With at least 2 years’ experience in Temporary Staffing / PEO Service / Talent Acquisition in recruitment industry
• Familiar with HR knowledge and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
• Creative, willing to learn and become a recruitment expert within your market
• Extroverts, excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated with teamwork mindset
• Young & energic team culture
• Non sales target driven environment
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
