We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as QA Engineer. Reporting to the Team Lead, this full-time and permanent position is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our team its’ growth.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in automated testing and proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to ensure the highest quality of software products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure product quality

• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing with keen attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation guidelines.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools

• Participate in code reviews and provide quality assurance feedback

• Test REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure robust functionality and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in automated testing

• Experience in testing REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints

• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and engineering teams

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language or scripting tool used in QA processes

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Next.js and Typescript

• Experience with MySQL

• Experience in AI (Artificial Intelligence) testing

• Familiarity with AWS services

• Performance/load testing experience with tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.

• Security testing awareness (e.g., OWASP practices)
