Project Support Intern

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Project Support Intern. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our tax department and its’ growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with data and document cleansing
2. Analyse business data for cleansing
3. Assess Viewpoint data extracts and reports to identify gaps
4. Map data fields from the existing system to the new system
5. Perform manual transfer of data from the existing system to the new system
6. Run Co-pilot to extract the latest documents from archived folders/mailboxes etc and move them into the ViewPoint system
7. Coordinate with different stakeholders as required (for validation / confirmation)
    

Key Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Proactive and eager to take on challenges in a dynamic work environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
