We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Product Manager, Global Entity Platform. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia.
This role will focus on developing user-centric features, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful product rollouts that align with both user needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of user-centric features, partnering closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Provide feedback on wireframes and mockups, incorporating user insights and business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and select front-end frameworks, tools, and third-party APIs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and stakeholder alignment.
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to prioritize enhancements and guide iterative improvements, driving product-market fit and consistent product evolution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for commercialization or monetization.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, communicating updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality feature delivery. Provide clear specifications (PRDs) for developers to align execution with product goals.
- Identify, design, and launch Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), working closely with internal and external clients to drive adoption through education, training, data tracking, and regular check-ins.
- Ensure smooth product rollouts by engaging internal and external clients, providing support and training, and monitoring adoption metrics to drive ongoing product success.
- Monitor industry advancements, recommend tools or technologies for continuous improvement, and facilitate collaboration among design, engineering, and commercial teams to optimize product outcomes.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Product experience
- English Language Proficiency (Mandarin language is desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in product management or solution engineering
- Proficient in product management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of user needs
