We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Process and Improvement Analyst. This full-time and permanent position is based in Poland and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our operations and its' growth.
 

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance/Legal and Operations to build a process inventory (current and target state)
  • Plan and implement process and service improvement projects through business process reengineering, reinforce controls and establish a roadmap for longer term initiatives
  • Lead & facilitate process mapping workshops with Commercial, Compliance/Legal and Operations to capture As Is processes, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processes
  • Drive & facilitate end-to-end process redesign and performance improvement through the identification and elimination of non-value-added activities
  • Consider processes from a Client centric perspective, ensuring that the designs take into account Commercial objectives to grow the business
  • Document & align processes in line with regulatory requirements, process governance & framework
  • Drive fact based analysis to identify insights on areas of business priority, wasted efforts and opportunities for process efficiency  
  • Work with relevant teams to determine how new technologies can support reengineering operational processes
  • Design and implement process measurement tools to track and report on the effectiveness of process improvements
  • Identify and facilitate quick win initiatives to drive benefits realization
  • Partner closely with operational owners and key functional stakeholders to implement approved standardized processes and maximize efficiencies
  • Ensure all process documentation are aligned with quality standards
  • Monitor information and trends to ensure process performance are achieving results and that services meet service levels
  • Identify issues/risks and participate in problem resolution


Key requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a Project Management/Business Analyst capacity
  • Domain knowledge in Client Onboarding, Client Due Diligence (KYC) and/or Client Lifecycle Management
  • Strong experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen), continuous improvement and business process reengineering
  • Experienced in change and improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design and implementation
  • Able to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive the highest results
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • Very good team player with distinctive communication skills and high interpersonal competence, high motivation, and positive work attitude
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various functions in the organisation
  • Capability to proactively figure out next steps and break through stalemate situations
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and motivate a team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral
