Payroll Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Consulting and its’ growth. 

Key responsibilities:
 

• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and reporting.
• Resolving payroll discrepancy

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ work experiences as Payroll Specialist or consultant.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge in excel and word.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
• He/she must also be a very patient and detail person as the job would involve customer’s service.
• Knowledge in payroll and tax will be a plus point.
• Willing to learn and fast learning.
