We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Payroll Consultant. Reporting to the Manager of the Payroll and Human Resources Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Romania and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our
HR & Payroll department and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • The management of labour and salary relations within the portfolio of clients allocated for administration, according to the services contracts concluded by the Company with the clients.
  • Managing the procedures regarding the performance of the medical check-up upon employment for the employees of the clients in the Company’s portfolio.
  • Preparation of certificates, updates of norms, various forms, tables, addresses necessary within the Company.
  • Updating the personnel files of the employees of the clients in the Company’s portfolio.
  • Centralization in the payroll software of the data from the salary accounts and from the payment statements of the data necessary for the preparation of the requested statistical reports.
  • Studying the labour legislation in force.
  • Introducing/initializing or updating the database of the Company’s employees, respectively of the employees of the clients in the Company’s portfolio.
  • Calculation of salaries including generating the listing of payment statements and contributions owned (taxes) reports for clients in the Company’s portfolio.
  • Generating the 112 statements for designated clients.
  • Offering assistance in creating and implementing the salary scale in accordance with the regulations in force and studying the consequences of its application (from the point of view of social, material, financial costs).
  • The operation in the payroll system of all the changes that occur (recruitment, individual employment contracts, salary negotiations, etc.).
  • Monitoring the correct preparation of timesheets by those appointed to execute them.
  • Any other activity specific to the Payroll and Human Resources Department within the Company.
     

Other requirements:

  • The Payroll Consultant will be up-to-date with the legal changes that impacts the daily activity.
  • The Payroll Consultant will follow the internal rules and procedures.
  • The Payroll Consultant will work closely with the other departments to ensure good service levels for the clients.
