We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Paralegal, Reporting to Corporate Legal Manager, this Permanent position is based in the Spain and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal department and its growth.

 

Purpose of Role

 

  • Providing technical and complex administrative support to the Legal Department.

 

Scope

 

  • Team size – 6

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide technical and complex administrative support to the legal department. 
  • To prepare, amend, assist with review, update and maintain a variety of legal
  • documents. 
  • Provide assistance with corporate governance and with complying with statutory
  • responsibilities. 
  • Preparing and filing documents with public bodies such as Tax Agency,
  • Commercial Registry, or with the Notary Public. 
  • Support administrative needs of the department 
  • Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these
  • changes

 

Attributes/Technical Skills 

 

  • Ability to draft legal documents/completed templates, detail orientated. 
  • Experience in an international environment. 
  • Desirable expertise fields: corporate legal operations.  
  • Proficiency on standard software (Microsoft Office, MS Teams).  
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing priorities
  • effectively. 
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Readiness to face a changing environment and proactive attitude towards new
  • challenges.
  • Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written;

 

Relevant Experience

 

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as paralegal. 

 

Education and Professional Qualification

 

  • Degree in Law, Paralegal studies or a related field.
