We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time, permanent position is based in Cayman and offers local coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Cayman business and its growth. 
 

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Greet office visitors and ensure meeting rooms are kept in good order
  • Receive documents and package deliveries
  • Handle clerical work such as filing, photocopying, scanning, couriers, mail, etc.
  • Complete filings/requests with General Registry via CORIS/EDMS/CAP
  • Prepare packages and liaise with couriers for transportation of files to/from offsite warehouse
  • Prepare and send documents to the Passport Office or other service providers for processing 
  • Manage orders of office and kitchen supplies
  • Liaise with and oversee external vendors and visitors requiring office access
  • Liaise with other offices in Vistra Group on matters related to Vistra Cayman office
  • Answer incoming phone calls on office main line
  • Assist colleagues and provide coverage when required
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Detail-minded, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Willing to work on routine tasks
  • Patient and polite
  • Logical thinking in analysis of search results obtained from electronic records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills especially in Word and Excel
  • Fluent in written and oral English

 

 

Relevant Experience

 

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a corporate, bank, trust, legal or governance services environment 

 

 

Education and Professional Qualifications

 

  • High School leaving certificate
