We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Officer for Fund Services. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in China and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Fund Service team and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

-    Process monthly full services including accounting, payment and tax compliance for the group strategy client. 
-    Communicate with clients frequently on daily operation and visit client’s office as required.
-    Keep daily cooperation and communication with client’s local staff, headoffice, vendors, authorities and 3rd parties.
-    Process monthly payroll for one of our most important clients in China.
-    Process monthly accounting and tax services for the clients.

Key requirements

-    Minimum 3 years of solid accounting experience;
-    Good knowledge in accounting concepts, tax compliance and banking procedures, and capable of handling full set of books
-    Experience in foreign accounting software (SAP, Oracle, D365 etc.) is a must. Preferably in all modules(AP/AR/GL/FA)
-    Independent, well-organized and a high level of initiatives
-    Teamwork spirit is highly appreciated
-    Diploma/degree holder in an Accounting or related discipline, preferably with CICPA or an internationally recognized accounting qualification;
-    Holder of junior/intermediate accounting qualification(会计初级/中级职称);
-    Microsoft Office applications, especially with Word, Excel 
-    Good command of written and oral and written English
