We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Supervisor- FA&T Delivery. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in China and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our FA&T team and its’ growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Track updates on the current changes in accounting standards – PRC and foreign GAAPs.
  • Understand the filing requirements of Company as “taxpayer” and “employer”.
  • Apply technical knowledge in the jobs assigned.
  • Prepare workpapers for each assignment in a complete, accurate, organized, and legible manner with proper cross-referencing, and relevant documentation.
  • Alert supervisors or superiors of problems foreseen and of deadline problems, if any.
  • Maintain proper file records (including accounting file, permanent file and correspondence file, etc.)  
  • Various levels of proficiency in undertaking an accounting and/or payroll outsourcing assignment independently.
  • Monitor support staff members in producing error-free reports and deliverables.
  • Take initiatives to propose improvements for tasks and assignments.


Key requirements

  • About 3 years or more of related work experience in WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprise in Mainland China) or with accounting outsourcing team in the accounting/consulting firms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance-related majors
  • Good understanding of PRC accounting and tax compliance requirements, familiar with billing and AR process; experienced in accounting software and tax filing system.
  • Good command of business English; able to communicate and prepare accounts in English.
  • Outstanding communication skill and problem-solving skills are highly desired.
  • Accounting take-up qualification.
