We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as OPEX Senior Manager (Company Formation). Reporting to the Executive Director, Company Formation, this full-time and permanent position is based in Foshan, China and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Company Formation and its’ growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation of a client centric culture in everything we do
  • Overall continuous improvement of processes’ efficiency and efficacy
  • To ensure all processes are properly documented following the structure: Service Code (L1), Policy(L2), Process Flow(L3), Procedure(L4) and Toolkit(L5)
  • To ensure all processes are measured and reported on using standard management reporting and dashboards.
  • To ensure processes are analyzed systematically and recurrently to identify areas for improvement to feed the continuous improvement pipeline.
  • To lead continuous improvement initiatives ensuring material benefits are unlocked.
  • To lead the migration of resources to the Shared Service Centers, ensuring smooth transitions from location to location and from team to team.
  • To identify opportunities for automation.

Key requirements

  • Business Process Management (BPM) skillset. Ability to create detailed process flow charts and standard operating procedures.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Management Certified Professional (Green belt or above)
  • Proficient in the usage of flow chart creation software such as MS Visio, Miro, Cacoo, etc.
  • Advanced business analysis skills to understand business needs.
  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to make meaningful contributions to solution design, to ensure due regard to the business perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with natural ability to adapt language and communication style to suit the intended recipient.
  • Experienced Process Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process improvement.
  • Experience of working with business systems and processes in a financial/professional services organisation.
  • Professional fluency in written and oral English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skill is an advantage.
  • Able to create slick visual materials and well curated messages to senior stakeholders
  • University degree in the areas of Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Information Technologies, Data Analytics, (or alike)
  • Design strategies Professional (e.g. Design think certified)
  • Other Delivery Excellence or Digital Transformation accreditations
