Our opportunity for you:

Job Title : Associate -Sourcing Specialist

Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai

Purpose of the role:

To provide consistent high quality HR services that are efficient, scalable and model best practices for our Global shared service centre

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of live roles
• Identifying candidates through use of LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other online tools
• Screen candidates through primary interviews.
• Engaging candidates, building rapport and assessing suitability for live and pipelining vacancies
• Shortlisting and presenting those candidates who are the best possible fit for the role
• Work in conjunction with the onshore recruitment team to ensure fulfilment of all roles
• Ensure all roles are sourced in an effective and efficient manner appropriate to the role

Attributes & Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Knowledge and experience of HR administration systems.
• Able to plan workload and maintain flexibility  as and when required

Relevant experience:

•  3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in recruitment. Experience in HR Shared Service Centre will be added advantage.
• BPO/KPO experience will be an advantage .

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified graduate or post graduate.
